Event furniture, equipment and decorative items

The following event furniture, equipment and decorative items are available at Poundon House.  There may be costs for using some items and if items require moving around during the event itself.  Please ensure that everything is clearly detailed on your booking form and itinerary to avoid any issues closer to your event.

Furniture – included (portering costs can apply)

  • Portable parquet style dance floor
  • 35 round tables (166cm diameter x  77cm height – seat 10 persons max per table)
  • 6 standard 6′ wooden trestles (182cm x 76cm x 77cm height)
  • 10 standard 6′ plastic trestles (182cm x 76cm x 77cm height)
  • 1 3′ cake table (76cm diameter x 76cm height)
  • 2 bar top units
  • 350 chiavari chairs
  • 6 high chairs
  • 4 sofas
  • 3 coffee tables
  • 6 benches
  • 2 side tables
  • 2 demi lune tables

Staging – included (portering costs can apply)

  • 1.5m x 1.5m staging platforms x 9 (can make a head table stage, band stage of 6m x 3m or a mandap stage of 4.5m x 4.5m)
  • 1.2m x 1.2m staging platforms x 16 (can make a head table stage, musicians stage or mandap stage)

Decorative items – included

(This is based upon what lives in the marquee, if items have been broken mid season they may not necessarily be replaced)

  • 4 Large white urns
  • 2 large pillars
  • 2 bird cage lanterns
  • 6 easels
  • 6 faux trees in pots

PA equipment – included, although some costs may be applicable

  • 2 x microphones  / 2 x wireless microphones / 1 x cordless headset
  • CD player
  • 2 x small PA speakers
  • cables to connect a portable media device to PA speakers

Equipment – included

  • Fixed heaters with LPG gas
  • Sack barrow / Trolley
